Tulip time

Red tulips are flowering outside my bedroom window.

It seems appropriate as I prepare for a trip to Amsterdam later next month.

Winter

Yes we did have a winter, eventually.

 Crispy grass, frost on roses, sparkly sun. 

But the earth turns, and the faintest hint of spring is in the air. 

Wellington

Spent the weekend in Wellington catching up with Daniel and the Capital. Fine calm weather appreciated as was the great coffee! Will be back.
